Garden furniture and 2 deck chairs. Bicycle storage available. Private parking in the residence's parking lot (space 7), directly opposite the entrance hall. Facing the sea, on the edge of the beautiful fine sandy beach of Tresmeur! This truly is the ideal place for a stay on the prestigious Pink Granite Coast. Comfortably settled in this cozy, trendy, and superbly equipped apartment, you'll appreciate its bright layout.
The owners have thought of everything to make you feel right at home, with lots of thoughtful touches... What a pleasure to be able to enjoy your meals on the well-sheltered, south-facing terrace! If you enjoy hiking, this is ideal: put on your sneakers, step outside the residence, and you're on the GR34. No roads to cross, the beach and the seawall at your feet! You can head towards Pointe de Bihit or, on the other side, towards Trégastel and reach the Forum de la Mer (seawater heated to 30°C). The residence is also close to the sailing school, bars and restaurants, and the marina.
The center of Trébeurden is 2 km away, Perros Guirec 14 km away.
