The residential complex offers shared parking (subject to availability, no guaranteed parking space) near the apartment and two swimming pools equipped with umbrellas and loungers (subject to availability, on-site), open from June 13th to September 11th (9:30 am - 1:30 pm / 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm). The Asfodeli apartment, a welcoming two-room apartment of approximately 40 square meters, is located on the first floor of a quiet residential complex surrounded by greenery and approximately 250 meters from the sea. Simply and functionally furnished, it sleeps four and comprises a living room with a sofa bed and two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

Featuring a furnished double veranda for outdoor dining, it offers: - kitchenette with electric hob, refrigerator, and freezer - microwave - air conditioning/heating - TV - washing machine - double veranda with table and chairs Your four-legged friends are welcome (maximum 15 kg, one per apartment).

A €30 cleaning fee per stay is required. The town of Marina di Bibbona is approximately 200 meters away, with all the main amenities, including supermarkets, markets, and pharmacies.

A convenient bus stop is 300 meters from the property.
