A wonderful, fully equipped apartment is located at 5V Vasyl Tyutyunnyk Street, in a new 12-story building with a concierge.
The apartment is on the 9th floor, which provides a beautiful panoramic view of the city from the large loggia/balcony.
The area is very quiet, surrounded by green spaces, shops, restaurants, and a park — all within walking distance.
The metro stations Olimpiiska, Palats Sportu, Palats Ukraina, and Ploshcha Ukrainskykh Heroiv are reachable on foot in 10–20 minutes. The apartment is designed in Japanese style and is equipped with everything needed for comfortable living.
It features two spacious bathrooms with heated floors, a real round jacuzzi, a steam shower cabin, a bidet, 3 air conditioners, 2 TVs with internet access and 1,400 TV channels, a stereo system, DVD player, a work desk, and Wi-Fi.
