With a harmonious layout, this rental comprises : - a magnificent terrace with uninterrupted sea views, - a spacious, bright living room with lounge and dining area, - fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), - upstairs, a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, overlooking the coastal shelter and the sea, and a bathroom with shower, - a second bedroom on the mezzanine floor with a 140 cm double bed, overlooking the coastal shelter and the sea, - a third bedroom on the mezzanine with a convertible sofa-bed, also with a view of the coastal shelter and the sea, - separate WC, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, - stereo system, wifi, air conditioning, - games for all ages, books, children's books, - shared swimming pool (open from May to September), - boat dock, table tennis, tennis court, solarium, pétanque court, - dedicated parking space.
