This 3-star residence is located on a 7 hectare estate 3.5 km from the center of the village of Parentis-en-Born, easily accessible by bike in less than 10 minutes. 200 meters away, you can enjoy Lake Biscarrosse and the ocean beaches of Biscarrosse and Mimizan.

We also provide a sauna and hot tub, available free of charge with prior reservation, in 30‑minute sessions (April to October).

Maximum 1 pet per accommodation; daily or weekly fee applies.
Deposit: €300 pre‑authorization per accommodation upon arrival (credit card only). Released at departure after the inventory check.
Cleaning: If the accommodation is not left clean, a cleaning fee will be charged based on the size of the unit.
Tourist tax: Per person, per day, applicable from 18 years old.
