Near Nîmes, spacious villa with A/C, nice swimming pool, pets allowed (1).
In about the same distance from Garons or Bellegarde, only 7 km, this spacious house is ideally located for visiting Roman Provence or the Camargue. Numerous beaches are located about 50 km from the villa: Le Grau-du-Roi, La Grande-Motte, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer... and not to forget and worthy tobe undlerined, the absolutely impressive surroundings of the village of Les Baux-de-Provence, 35 km away.
The owners have converted the neighbouring shed, but its entrance is completely independent at the front side,but without causing any disturbance nor affecting your privacy.
INSIDE
On the ground floor you have the spacious air-conditioned living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a pantry, a shower room with WC. Upstairs there is a bathroom with WC and 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom on the righthand side of the stairs is appointed with a TV, a double bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom provides a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a 140cm wide sofa bed and a single bed, and bedroom 4 has a large double bed. From inside, you can get from bedroom 3 to bedroom 4 through a sliding door. But they can also be independent of each other if you enter room 4 from the terrace.
OUTSIDE
Three cars can be parked on the fenced grounds. You will often enjoy spending time on the covered terrace adjacent to the living area overlooking the large pool. The upstairs terrace is a favourite spot for those who want to sunbathe or relax. A table tennis table is available for sporting pastimes.
OUR OPINION
A perfectly located, comfortable holiday home, not very far from the cities of Nîmes and Arles, but also within reasonable distance to discover the Provençal villages and, if you feel like it, to take a short trip to the sea.
