Cocoonr agency offers this charming 31 m² flat, which can accommodate up to 2 people, in a bright and peaceful courtyard in the historic centre of Caen.
Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift) of a XVIIᵉ century building, it comprises a pretty living room with sleeping area, a separate fitted kitchen, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 82 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and queen-size bed (160×200)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and dining area
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An enclosed shared garden of 82 m² to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in the historic centre of Caen, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the accommodation (paying car parks). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Take the tram from Caen station to the Château-Quatrans stop (about 10 minutes), then walk 4 minutes. - Nearest airport: Caen about 10 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
