- Pets are allowed and a security deposit is required to cover possible damages.
- Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee, payable on arrival. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible.
- Guests under 25 cannot check in.
- No parties or unregistered guests allowed.
- Family property.
- We are in a residential neighborhood: by municipal regulation, noise and loud music are prohibited after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and 21:00 on other days. Please respect the neighbors’ rest.
