Welcome to this fully private family home in Gujan-Mestras, at the heart of Arcachon Bay. Perfect for a comfortable stay as a couple or with family, the house is in a peaceful residential area close to leisure activities, shops, beaches, and the region’s iconic sites.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Pets are accepted only on request. Carefully maintained and fully equipped, the house accommodates up to 5 guests.
Bright and functional, it opens onto a landscaped, flower-filled, fully fenced garden with two furnished terraces facing south and north, so you can enjoy every moment of the day. There are 2 bedrooms with 140 cm double beds, a convertible sofa, and a 90 cm extra bed, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with American-style fridge, a laundry room with washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free private parking. Family amenities are included: baby bed, high chair, baby bath, playpen, bed rail, booster seat, books, and games. For your safety and peace of mind, the house has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit, and a pharmacy. The location is ideal: close to the 7 oyster ports, sports complex, forest, and bike paths.
Within 2 km you’ll find a shopping center, bowling alley, casino, Aqualand, Kid Parc, and Parc de la Coccinelle. Many activities nearby: cycling, forest walks, beaches, water sports, and family outings. Gujan-Mestras train station is about 5 minutes away, Arcachon station 15 minutes, and Bordeaux-Mérignac airport 45 minutes.

Accueil ttes aimable et prévenant, la maison était très confortable, bien équipé et tres propre. Situation géographique excellente pour visiter les environs qui sont superbe. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et comptons bien revenir l' an prochain.

Tout d’abord un grand merci à Corinne pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous rentrons tout juste d’une semaine dans cette agréable maison où tout est impeccable, il n’y manque rien. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir afin de découvrir le reste de la région !

Nous avons passé 3 semaines formidables. Tout le confort. Tres bien équipée et très propre. On y trouve tout. Et c est avec beaucoup de regret que nous avons quitté cette maison et ce quartier très calme. On y retournera! Et merci encore pour l accueil chaleureux à l arrivée comme au départ. Cordialement.
