This brand new holiday apartment, located on the ground floor of the residence, comprises a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchenette, a alcove with a double bed for two people and storage cupboard, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
You will have access to an outdoor parking space and a private ski locker.
The south-facing terrace offers views of the surrounding mountains.
The residence is located halfway between the village of Praz-sur-Arly (about 300 metres on foot) and the ski slopes (approximately 600 metres).
The new swimming lake, open in summer, is only 450 metres from this holiday rental.
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
Additional services subject to availability: End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towel pack, Wi-Fi box, baby kit, kitchen linen.
Please note that a deposit will be required upon arrival.
