Ich wurde 15 Minuten vor meiner Ankunft in der Unterkunft darüber informiert, dass mein Aufenthalt storniert wurde. Ich war umsonst 500 km gefahren, und einer von uns saß bereits im TGV auf dem Weg zum Resort, sodass eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich war.
Am Vortag hatte ich eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail für diese Reservierung erhalten.

j'ai été prévenu que mon séjour était annulé 15 minutes avant d'arriver à ma location, j'avais fait 500 kms en voiture pour rien , et l'un de nous était dans le tgv EN DIRECTION DE LA STATION, donc trop tard pour annuler.
La veille j'avais eu un email de confirmation pour cette réservation.
