Welcome to the Gunscheras vacation home - on the sunny outskirts of Brail, a modern vacation home awaits you in a dreamlike, quiet location - completely free of traffic noise. Enjoy spacious rooms, a large, beautiful garden, and unobstructed views of the impressive Engadin mountains. The vacation home is ideally located for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and especially cross-country skiing. Access to the cross-country trails is available directly from the vacation home.
The PostBus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home. Zernez and Zuoz (shopping, train station) can be reached in about 10 minutes by car/PostBus. Alternatively, you can indulge in culinary delights from the region at the gourmet restaurants of the IN LAIN Hotel Cadonau, which is just a few minutes' walk away.
If required and if not otherwise rented out, the cottage with sleeping accommodation for two people, which is located on the same property, can also be rented. In this case, the additional rent for the studio is only CHF 100.00 per day.

Conditions/extras
Cleaning is not included in the price. For the vacation home, cleaning costs CHF 300.00 for normal soiling. Cleaning for the cottage costs CHF 150.00.

The cottage impresses with its charming, lovingly designed interior, which creates a cozy and warm atmosphere. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed and invites you to relax. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped and allows for comfortable cooking. Overall, the cottage is well-maintained and friendly.
