A quiet waterside retreat on the Shannon–Erne Blueway, made for slow stays, river views and complete switch-off.
Reimagined from a former artist’s studio, this peaceful open-plan escape is designed for two, with a king-size four-poster bed and large windows framing views across the River Erne. Step outside to your private hot tub overlooking the water, with the river and jetty just beyond.
The jetty is just steps away for a morning swim, a spot of fishing, or simply to sit by the water and watch the boats go by.

We enjoyed the whole thing, from the great communication with the host and helping with surprise decorations, cleanliness, the fresh tomatoes and lettuce from the greenhouse, hot tub and bbq was brilliant but the boat rental was the standard out feature for us! Amazing stay!!
Having to leave.
House and everything were excellent
