Our charming holiday home, La Casina del Arroyo, is located in the exceptional rural village of Poo de Cabrales, at the foot of the Los Picos de Europa mountains, offering great views and options for those looking to enjoy all the adventures Asturias has to offer.

Simple and charming, La Casina del Arroyo is a semi-detached house for 2-4 people in the rural village of Poo de Cabrales, fully renovated in 2010, distributing its 75m2 over three floors as follows:
On the ground floor, there is a small entrance hall with a foldable dining table and fireplace, a living room with TV, and a cupboard with a fridge and microwave with grill.
Next, the basic kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, complete kitchenware, crockery, and toaster.
Under the stairs, you will find a top-loading washing machine and cleaning supplies.

On the next floor, there is an attic room with two single beds, an open wardrobe, and a table, ideal for children and young people. As for the exterior, attached to the house is a small elevated terrace space where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Additionally, all windows and the door of the house are equipped with mosquito nets, and La Casina del Arroyo has heating all year round to be enjoyed every month of the year, even the coldest ones. La Casina del Arroyo is the perfect base for couples or families seeking simplicity just minutes from the Picos de Europa.
