A 200m² garden is available. This accommodation is semi-detached to gîte 22G170839 and close to two other gîtes. In the countryside, at the end of a cul-de-sac leading to a small hamlet, this large stone building houses two separate accommodations, each with its own entrance and complete privacy. It's a pleasant place for a couple's getaway, perfect for exploring the Goëlo Coast.
Start with the charming seaside resort of Saint-Quay-Portrieux (2.8 km) with its lovely family beaches: Casino Beach stands out with its water sports (windsurfing, beach volleyball, carousel, mini-golf, etc.), and a stroll along the fishing and pleasure ports is a must. 4.7 km from Binic, a pretty seaside resort with La Banche beach at the entrance to the town, facing the quays. 22 km from Saint-Brieuc. Close to the owners' farm, who, depending on their availability and upon request, can give you a tour of their pig farm.
