You will need to provide a valid, searchable email address so that the entire late arrival procedure can be sent to you by email before your stay.
Important reminder: - When booking your holiday, you must provide the full names and dates of birth of all the participants in your holiday, as well as a mobile phone number and a valid email address.
The exchange voucher must indicate the number of people expected to take part, which must be within the capacity of the mobile home (including babies and children).
No changes may be made to the number or identity of participants between the elements of the exchange voucher and the people arriving at the campsite reception on the day of arrival.
If this is not the case, the campsite may refuse you access without any possible compensation.
It is strictly forbidden to pitch a tent on the mobile-home pitch, either for the people initially booked or to accommodate any additional people.
Minors not accompanied by their parents will not be accepted. - Sheets and towels not included. - All optional services must be booked before departure and paid for on site, subject to availability. - All taxes and the security deposit must be paid on site.
