Bei der Ankunft ging die Fußbodenheizung nicht und es war etwas kühl im Haus. Wurde aber nach Anruf schnellstmöglich behoben.

Die Lage ist top: Hafen, Klosterkirche und Drehbrücke sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Blick auf das Wasser ist sehr schön. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Nachbarn sind nett, was wichtig ist, da die Grundstücke sehr schmal sind und nah beieinander liegen. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, perfekt für den Hund.
Die Polstermöbel (insbesondere die Armlehnen) sind sehr fleckig und müssten ausgetauscht werden. Der Garten ist ungepflegt: Es war weder Rasen gemäht noch die Hecke geschnitten, so dass man nicht aufs Wasser sehen konnte. Der Gartentisch und die Sonnenliegen sind aus Holz und sehr stark verwittert. ...
