From those looking for a seaside holiday, serene and quiet to those who are passionate about Outdoor and outdoor activities, looking for a destination dotted with paths and areas to explore, immersed in nature, whether it is land or water. Whether you arrive by train or by car, this very bright apartment is logistically perfect for your trip. Let's start by saying that parking will not be a problem, being able to count on your private parking space in a closed and reserved parking lot just 100m from the building.
We assure you that in Albisola it is a rarity that in the summer becomes very precious.
Parking is for a single car. Furthermore, the nearest motorway toll booth is just 800m away, making it convenient for your travels in Liguria during your stay. If your means of transport is the train, you will be exactly 8 minutes on foot from your destination. Once you reach the indicated address and pass the entrance door, your apartment is on the third and penultimate floor without a lift. Once you cross the threshold, you will find yourself inside a little gem revised and repainted at the beginning of 2025, furnished with taste and practicality. The small veranda will illuminate the pretty and functional living room and kitchen. A quick access panel to the free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home.
Smart Workers will feel at ease being able to work a stone's throw from the sea and with a very fast connection. To the right of the entrance and in front of you, you will find the kitchen equipped with every comfort.
Longer stays will not be a problem, having at your disposal, a microwave oven, stove, fridge and freezer, kettle, Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine and a Moka for a real Italian coffee. Some infusions of various essences and pods, are offered by the house. Plates, cutlery, pots of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, find their place in the various compartments. A 4-seat table will be the place to have lunch in company or work on rainy days. To complete the living area, there is a very comfortable three-seat sofa that during the night transforms into a second perfect place to relax with a French double mattress. To the left of the living area, you will find the bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, mirror, hairdryer and shower.
A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo and Intimate Hygiene is offered by the house. Continuing now in the sleeping area, we find the lovely Suite consisting of a very comfortable double bed.
Here, a part of the wardrobe will be at your disposal to store your coats and clothes thanks to the hangers provided. Also in the Suite, we find a large chest of drawers completely available to guests where you can store your clothes even for longer stays. Here, there is also a 32” Smart TV where you can spend the gloomy days, perhaps using your Netflix or other accounts. Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed. Hot summers are not scary for this apartment, which has a high-performance Split air conditioner located in the living room. And for when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, nestled in rocky coves where you can go for a swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.
