Whether you arrive by train or by car, this very bright penthouse is logistically perfect for your trip. Arriving by car you can park along the street and each of our guests will receive precise information on the best places to park. Furthermore, the nearest motorway toll booth is just 1 km away, which makes it functional for your travels in Liguria, during your stay. If your means of transport is the train, you will be exactly 7 minutes on foot from your destination. Once you reach the indicated address and cross the entrance door, after a handful of steps, the elevator will take you to the fourth floor of the building. Once you cross the threshold, you will find yourself in the corridor of a jewel, finely renovated and furnished with taste and practicality. A quick access panel to the free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home. From the corridor you will have access to all the rooms of your penthouse, on the right will open the living area, where you can relax on a very comfortable four-seater sofa bed with a coffee table from which you can enjoy the FullHD High Definition TV, taking advantage of. A 6-seater table placed in front of one of the large windows with a terrace overlooking the sea completes the room. Behind the living area we find the kitchen equipped with everything you need even for longer stays.
A modern hob, a microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle and machine for a good Italian Nescafè coffee. Some infusions of various essences and coffee are offered by the house. Plates, cutlery, pots of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, are placed in the various compartments. Returning to the corridor you will have access to the bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower.
The hot water will be regulated by a modern boiler. A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo, Intimate Hygiene, Soap and Cap is offered by the house. The sleeping area is divided into two master suites with a Queen Size bed.
Wardrobes and bedside tables are available to accommodate your luggage and personal effects. From the west bedroom, you will have access to the large terrace with a panoramic view of the Ligurian hills. Here you will have a large table with umbrella, from which you can dine while enjoying the sun setting behind the hills. Two comfortable outdoor armchairs complete the terrace.
