Wherever you arrive, the Gulf of Varazze with its beaches, its historic center, the beautiful wooden Marina that decorates Punta Aspera like many stilt houses, will immediately make you savor the Ligurian atmosphere.
Travelers looking for a renowned seaside resort or a stop to explore the nearby Beigua Park will find a welcoming landing place here.
Varazze is also ideal for those heading to Genoa airport or to embark on a cruise to Savona, being located almost halfway between the two. This very bright apartment is logistically ideal for any travel solution, being able to count on a short walk from the beaches and the center, but remaining in the quiet and greenery of its terrace. Arriving by car you can park directly under the building, just enough time to unload your luggage.
Furthermore, the nearest motorway exit is 3 km from the apartment, which makes it functional for reaching Genoa Airport in a very short time. If you arrive by train, you will be exactly 20 minutes walk from the apartment. Once you arrive under the building, after parking a few meters away, where there are several free parking spaces, you just need to take the keys where indicated and enter the building. Two very short flights of stairs separate you from your destination.
On the first floor with elevator, you will find your apartment in front of you. Once you cross the threshold, a quick access panel to the free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home. You are now in the entrance, from which you will have access to the three main rooms of the house, the living room with kitchen, the bathroom and the master bedroom. The sleeping area, the room where you will spend most of your time, is composed of a comfortable Queen Size bed, wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers are available to accommodate your luggage and personal effects.
In addition, some full-height mirrors and a portable fan to cool summer nights, complete this room. Here you will also find a 32" FullHD TV along with various readings on the shelves, to relax on gloomy days. Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed. Moving now to the very bright living area, on the left we find the equipped kitchen. Longer stays will not be a problem, having at your disposal a hob, a fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee pod machine to enjoy on the spacious terrace! Some pods and infusions of various essences, are offered by the house. A table with 4 seats completes the kitchen.
Plates, cutlery, pots of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, find their place in the various compartments. On the right of the living area you will find a very comfortable two-seater sofa bed where you can relax in front of the 40" FullHD TV.
Also in this area there is a high-performance portable fan. From here you can access two outdoor areas.
The first terrace, accessible from both the kitchen and living room French windows and finally the very large terrace with garden, both including outdoor tables and chairs. The last area that guests will find is the bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower.
A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo, Intimate Hygiene, Soap and Cap is offered by the house. Here there is also a washing machine for free use by guests. The building is located in a slightly raised area and in the second row with respect to the center of Varazze, airy and very fresh that maintains a very breezy climate.
