Arriving by car you will have a first and great security, parking will not be a problem!
Your accommodation has a real RARITY in Albisola, namely a PRIVATE GARAGE, FREE AND COVERED, located directly under the house, a good saving compared to paid parking.
If the train is your means of transport, you will be just a 7-minute walk from the Albisola Superiore station.
Once you arrive under the building, you will just need to take the keys from the safety deposit box located next to your parking space.
Once you have parked, continuing to your right, after just 20 meters, you will arrive in front of the main entrance of the condominium.
A handful of steps separates you from the finish line, in fact your apartment is on the second floor WITHOUT a lift.
As soon as you cross the threshold, a small panel of access to the free WiFi will make you immediately feel at home.
To make the apartment pleasant in every season, there is a hot and cold air conditioner, located at the entrance of the apartment.
In front of us, we find your spacious and welcoming master bedroom, composed of a very comfortable Queen Size bed, guaranteeing a satisfying sleep to leave rested towards the adventures that await you the next day.
Here our guests will have enough space to store their clothes in the large wardrobe.
Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each guest at each stay.
In this room there is also a high-performance portable fan. To the left of the entrance, you will find the kitchen equipped with everything you need.
Longer stays will not be a problem, being able to count on a hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Some pods and infusions of various essences, are offered by the house. A table for 4 people completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots of various kinds as well as sachets of salt, oil, vinegar and sugar find place in the various compartments of the living area. From the kitchen and the bedroom you can access the balcony with a view of the urban panorama.
A small table with outdoor chairs will allow you to take your space in total peace and quiet. At the end of the corridor, there is a welcoming living area where a comfortable sofa bed is placed right in front of the Smart TV, Full HD high definition, which will give you the possibility of accessing your streaming accounts, a must for entertaining the little ones on rainy days. A third and fourth guest can find a place on the sofa with two additional single beds, transforming the room into a second bedroom at night. Finally, the bathroom, equipped with complete ceramic sanitary ware, toilet with bidet and a shower with which you can regenerate yourself before going to sleep. The washing machine is available for free use. A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit, consisting of Shampoo and Intimate Hygiene. And for when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, nestled in rocky coves where you can swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.
