The Bavarian Forest, with its tranquility, beautiful landscapes, and down-to-earth culture, is ideal for those seeking relaxation. The well-equipped house stands freely on a plot of approx. 720 m² and is widely surrounded by other holiday homes. With 116 m² of living space, it offers ample room for 4 people. Many interesting destinations in the Bavarian Forest are easily accessible from here. The region is a worthwhile holiday destination in every season.

The region is a true hiking paradise, but also offers many other recreational activities such as canoe tours on the Regen River, mountain biking, or visits to glassworks.



Conditions/Extras
The total price is composed of the actual rental costs - as displayed on the booking portals - and additional ancillary costs (electricity, water, tourist tax). After a binding booking, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is requested up to 60 days before arrival; the remainder is due 30 days before arrival. For shorter bookings, the total price is due immediately.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total costs, cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total costs.

We request an advance payment for ancillary costs and a security deposit. The advance payment is EUR 230 per week during the winter months from November to March inclusive, and EUR 120 per week during other times. The costs for electricity and water, and the security deposit, will be settled after departure from the advance payment.

Prices:

Electricity: EUR 0.35 per kWh

Water: EUR 6.20 per m³

Tourist tax per day of stay: From 2024, the city of Regen will charge a tourist tax of EUR 1.95 per day for adults, and EUR 1.15 for children and young people aged 6 to 16. As before, for the tourist tax you will receive the Bayerwald-Card with many discounts, including free travel on public transport in the region.

Upon request, a linen package can be booked for EUR 12 per person (towels, bed linen) plus tea towels.

Unit Description


The house has 3 bedrooms spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is the cozily furnished living room with a wood-burning stove and a 42" flat-screen TV, the kitchen fully equipped and newly installed in 2023, the bathroom, a separate guest toilet, and 1 bedroom with a double bed. On the 1st floor, you will find an open gallery and a large enclosed area with 2 additional beds. For guests who prefer to sleep individually on the ground floor, there is also a small single bedroom.

The back of the house faces south and offers a beautiful mountain view that can be enjoyed from the large terrace. There is always a cozy spot on the property (720m²) to chill. Terrace furniture is available.
