This ground-floor apartment of 27 m² can accommodate up to 5 people and features secure parking and a shared swimming pool – a real asset for a carefree holiday! Shops are 500m away, and the port center, entertainment, and old village are 7000m away. It has an open-plan fitted kitchen/living area (TV), one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), one bedroom with bunk beds (140cm + 90cm), a shower room, and a toilet.
You will enjoy a large, furnished terrace (north/east facing), ideal for children. Amenities include: TV, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Don't forget your bikes! There are many rides nearby, and you can easily reach our summer markets via the dedicated cycle paths.
An excellent choice for your holiday in Gruissan! Pet fee (under 10kg): €30 - Security deposit: €350 - Linen not provided - Optional cleaning service available at an extra cost.
