- Wohnung insgesamt sauber und gepflegt- Küche etwas mager ausgestattet, es fehlen z. B. Messbecher und Toaster- Kein Nachttisch und keine Nachttischlampe neben dem rechten Bett- Fußbodenheizung nicht regulierbar. Abends und nachts bei einstelligen Außentemperaturen kalte Wohnung. Kein Vergnügen zu duschen bei 18 Grad im Bad.
