Ground floor: living/dining room, equipped kitchen, shower room, and toilet.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 queen-size beds, 2 single beds), relaxation lounge with TV/DVD, bathroom (bathtub and shower), and toilet.
Second floor: 1 mezzanine bedroom (queen-size bed + baby cot). Baby equipment available.
Mandatory heating from October to April (€85/week), payable on site to the owner.
Electricity: 8 kWh/day included, extra charge for usage beyond this.
Sheets and household linens provided.
Towel rental: €8/person.
Mandatory cleaning fee: €90. This is mandatory for commercial bookings; if cleaning is not paid at the time of booking, it must be paid on site to the owners.
