Falconers Cottage is a delightful, traditional Welsh long cottage, situated in a courtyard position next to the owners own home, located three miles from the village of Caergeiliog.
Its prime position on the A55 offers easy access to every corner of Anglesey.
This heart-warming retreat is approached via an endearing private driveway and is tucked away within three acres of majestic land, promising a tranquil base for exploring this superb location with your loved ones.
Upon entering the property, be welcomed by the homely interior, which houses a refreshing colour palette and all the necessities for a memorable stay.
The designated chef of the group will be delighted by the well-equipped kitchen that awaits them, housing all the essentials to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal.
In here, you will also find a quaint breakfast bar which is perfect for planning the days ahead with a cup of tea in hand.
Beyond here, is the inviting sitting room where you and your loved ones can curl up on the sumptuous sofas and tune into the TV to truly unwind before heading to bed. The property is completed by two well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which houses an additional TV. During a summer’s day, step outside to wonder through the beautiful grounds where you will be charmed by the babbling brook and the picturesque lake.

Falconers Cottage is a single-storey property consisting of a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, and a living/dining area with dining seating and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin with TV, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and shared use of the owner's gardens. The extensive grounds include a brook and a large lake with paths around it. The field provides an excellent area for football, cricket. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. You'll find a shop in 2.3 miles, pub in 1.5 miles, and a river and lake in 0.3 miles. Book a stay at Falconers Cottage for a lovely Welsh retreat. Although the accommodation is ground floor there is a small step from the lounge to the kitchen and a step from the twin room to the dressing room. The dressing room and shower room are located between the twin room and double room. External access to the property is either via the twin room or kitchen. Note: Access to the dressing room, shower room, and twin bedroom is via the Note: Children to be supervised due to the brook and lake. Note: Property is a short drive/ cycle only 5 miles to the coast. Note: There is a secure garage area that can be used for the storage of bikes. Please Note: £350 Good Housekeeping Bond
