Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest RER and bus station is Rosny-Sous-Bois (RER line E and buses 1, 2, 143 and N142), which is a 9-minute walk from the flat. Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car. This is an apartment with independent access.
You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited.
The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents.
A deposit will also be required. Welcome to my 33 m² flat on the first floor in Rosny-sous-Bois.
It can comfortably accommodate four people with its bedroom with a queen-size bed, a colourful living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located nine minutes from the RER, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Light. Welcome to this beautiful 33 m² flat, located on the 1st floor (no lift). Modern, colourful and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a privileged location close to the city centre, shops and parks, and is the ideal starting point for exploring the city and the capital of the Île-de-France region. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable lounge equipped with a sofa bed and a television.
The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils and crockery.
There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation includes a bedroom that has been carefully designed to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen size – dimensions 160 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen.
Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror.
The toilet is included in the bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

The quiet, tree-lined streets are perfect for walking, with several parks within easy reach, such as Parc Decesari and Parc du Bois-Perrier. The neighbourhood is also renowned for its large golf course, a popular place to relax or simply enjoy the scenery. With excellent transport links, you can reach Paris quickly by RER or bus, while enjoying the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere typical of the inner suburbs of Paris.

This house is so nice and comfortable.
The entrance of the building is not so good because it is pixed, but it worths so much because inside of the apartment is perfect.
The host is proactive and always help you and gives you instructions.

5-star experience. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect for exploring both the parks and the city, with easy access to the REE and cafés and supermarkets just around the corner. The check-in/check-out process was super easy and Guest Ready's hospitality was top notch.

Whenever we had any questions, he/she was always available straight away and always replied promptly and politely
The description said that Paris wasn’t far away, but we had to drive there for an hour every day; without a car, we’d have been stuck, as there was only one supermarket near the flat.
The entrance to the flat isn’t very nice, but inside it looks very good and was clean
