This bright studio is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, offering a pleasant setting for your stay.


It includes a room with a double bed size 140 x 200, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. The functional shower room, the dining area with table and chairs, and a comfortable living room invite you to relax after a day of discovery. Do not miss the furnished balcony, ideal for getting some fresh air and enjoying the view.


You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.


Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including a hairdryer, TV, washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven and iron. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.


Currently, the heating is broken, but an auxiliary heater is available for your comfort. It is also important to note that there is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation. For your convenience, private parking is located opposite the entrance 1 Deauville building (place 146), and street parking is free.
