Your 190 m² retreat in the heart of Cluses, surrounded by greenery and facing the mountains.
Designed for groups and families of up to 8 guests, the villa spans two levels with 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a welcoming dining area—perfect for gathering together.
Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace are provided for both remote work and relaxation. Bed linens and towels are included.
There’s an extra sofa bed in the living room for additional guests, and a high chair is available for families. Step outside to a private garden, a covered terrace under a pergola, an open terrace, and 4 private balconies—all with mountain views.
The villa is exclusively yours, ideal for long summer evenings or cozy returns after skiing. Good to know: Easy parking with 2 to 3 spaces on the property in front of the private garage (more on the street), public transport nearby, and self check-in at your own pace.
There's also a separate, extra room set up as a private gym. Nature lovers will be delighted: several trails start right from the house: - In minutes, a family walk leads to the Englennaz waterfall - A 5-minute stroll on the Brisac path connects to the Cluses–Châtillon-sur-Cluses forest trail with views over the Arve valley - For keen hikers, the long Saint-Sigismond loop via Chevran mountain and the Agy plateau starts nearby. Ideally located for Geneva, Chamonix, Mont-Blanc, and Annecy’s shores: the perfect base for your stays, whether for leisure or business. No parties or events.
