Seba House La Spezia is a welcoming apartment located in the peaceful, green "Colli" area, just steps from the lively city center of La Spezia.

Seba House is set in an elegant residential building with a spacious staircase, on the third floor of a building without an elevator.
It features a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with two three-quarter beds (120x190 cm), a bathroom with window and shower, and a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and an armchair bed, comfortably accommodating up to five guests.
The rooftop terrace is perfect for outdoor dining on mild days or relaxing in the sun in total privacy, with privileged views of the city and port.
The terrace is accessed via a shared external staircase, with a separate entrance from the apartment. The Colli area is residential and quiet, but parking for non-residents is limited; parking spaces are available for an extra fee. The easiest way to reach Seba House is by public transport.
La Spezia train station is just a few minutes away, from where you can easily take a bus or taxi to the property.
Active guests can reach the apartment with a ten-minute walk, including a short flight of about 50 meters of stairs.
About 500 meters from the apartment, in the opposite direction from the train station, you'll find the panoramic elevator to Sant'Andrea Castle, open during castle visiting hours.
