The small kitchen is a place for sharing and culinary creativity, stocked with everything needed for those who love to cook and want to experience the taste of preparing a delicious meal away from home.
The terrace is a green corner where you can relax and enjoy a moment in the open air. You can also take advantage of the plants that have been carefully chosen for you. NOTE WELL 👥 All guests are required to pay a tourist tax According to Italian laws, the personal ID of each guest will be required before check-in 🗝️ To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form 🧾 The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rent and the consideration for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager.
These amounts will be better detailed in the invoice that will be issued at check-out We note that with the payment a security deposit will be requested which will then be returned at the time of check out in the absence of damages

Excellent location. Clean and easy. Good grocery stores and restaurants in the area, even a small dog park. The market, the harbor and the old town are within walking distance. Konnten das Objekt nicht beziehen ,die Vermieterin hatte es storniert wir mussten uns eine andere Unterkunft besorgen. Trotz dem wurde es uns berechnet stink sauer 😠
