Two beautifully restored Tuscan farm buildings with a private pool, wrapped in breathtaking countryside and woodland and both included in the price for privacy.
The property enjoys a sweeping panorama of the dramatic Apuan Alps — the very mountains where Michelangelo once sourced his marble.
Despite the rural location, the village of Pieve Fosciana is just 1 mile (1.6 km) away, offering excellent restaurants, bars, a bakery, butcher, grocers, gelateria, pharmacy and bank. Everything you need is close by, yet the setting remains wonderfully peaceful.
The accommodation consists of a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom farmhouse and a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom barn, which are completely separate but included together in one price. This layout is ideal for two families or a group wanting privacy while enjoying shared outdoor spaces.
Set on a sloping hillside, the property offers a private garden, private swimming pool and parking, with enchanting rural views in every direction. Both buildings have been lovingly restored, preserving original features and rustic charm while adding comfort and modern conveniences. Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven.
Outside, you’ll find a generous garden, two outdoor dining areas, two barbecues and a relaxing terrace for enjoying the scenery — perfect for long, lazy Tuscan days.
The Farmhouse — Sleeps 6
Ground Floor
Enter from the terrace into a cosy living room with fireplace and comfortable seating. This leads into a bright dining room with space for eight, which connects both to the kitchen and to an al fresco dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge–freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and Delonghi coffee machine.
A lobby off the kitchen leads to the downstairs toilet and washbasin.
First Floor:
2 double bedrooms (one en-suite)
1 twin bedroom (the second double is accessed through the twin — perfect for families)
2 modern shower rooms (one en-suite)
Every bedroom has an anteroom area with clothes storage and insect screens.
Outside
Large al fresco dining terrace for the whole group, plus a covered outdoor lounge area with sofas and mountain views. BBQ and outdoor sink.
The Barn — Sleeps up to 4
A romantic, character-filled barn with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A charming mezzanine of solid chestnut beams adds to its uniqueness.
Ground Floor:
Open-plan dining area with fireplace and farmhouse-style kitchen (hob, fridge, dishwasher and countertop oven). Shower room.
First Floor:
Two double bedrooms with large windows and lovely natural light.
Outside

We hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad in het huis. Het zwembad was heerlijk en het huis had alles wat je nodig hebt. Wat wel handig is om rekening mee te houden is dat je best ver van de autostrada af zit (maar dat was zeker geen probleem).
