Casa Cal Cot is a fully renovated house (2018–2021) with origins dating back to around 1860.
It preserves part of its original structure, featuring wooden floors and beams that contrast beautifully with the period stone walls.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious hall, wood-burning fireplace, guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen-dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
The first floor has a hall leading to two 15 m² bedrooms and a 7 m² full bathroom.
The second floor offers a loft space used for storage and an area with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
From here, you access a 9 m² outdoor terrace.
Amenities include a hairdryer, bath towels, bed linen (two sets per bed), beach chairs and umbrella, baby cot, and high chair.
The house is centrally located in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk from the beach.
On the same street, you’ll find takeaway food shops, stores, and bars.

Reus Airport is a 30-minute drive away.
Transfers are available for an extra fee.
