Rosedale is a welcoming house resting in the village of Lelant, in Cornwall.
Featuring a pool table, an enclosed garden, rural vistas and proximity to the pub, making it a lovely base for two couples, families or friends seeking a coastal escape.
Park the car and make your way to the entrance of this charming stone Cornish abode.
Enter into hall and feel the appeal inside, with nautical touches and homely furnishings.
Make yourself at home in the kitchen with soothing blue fixtures and wooden countertops, store your treats in the fridge/freezer, then fire up the gas hob to create a mouthwatering dish, or utilise the oven to bake some Cornish pasties.
Once plates are adorned, gather around the dining table with lights overhead in the living/dining room.
This space is welcoming with artwork adorning the walls, warm wooden flooring, and a grandfather clock, tuck into your supper as you plan the days ahead.
Once plates are cleared, pop them in the dishwasher to assist with the clean up, then toss a log onto the open fire and sink into the plush sofa as you flick on the mounted TV for entertainment for the evening.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a double with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a double serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over and basin and a cloakroom with WC. Outside there is a enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, summerhouse, barbecue, firepit, furniture and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 1.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. No pets allowed.
