Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Central IV, is just a 4-minute walk. The nearest train station, Braga, is just a 14-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. The property does daily cleaning.
The cleaning team will change towels/sheets every day between 12:00 and 17:00; if you do not need this service, leave the "do not disturb" sign outside your bedroom door. This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests looking for a pleasant stay.

Quiet weekend in the heart of Braga: The flat was very nice. The heating worked very well and it even had a dishwasher. Comfortable beds. I think it's missing a few small things like: hooks to hang towels, a wooden spoon for the kitchen and a cloth. The sofa was very uncomfortable; I understand it was put there purely for aesthetic reasons.

Excessive demands when requesting online check-in. The form to fill in did not allow you to upload the required documents. A més, no m'agrada no trobar ningú de l'staff en tots els dies. It's cheaper for the company but it reduces the proximity to the client.
