Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The best way to get to the property is by car. Ponta Delgada Airport is just 10 minutes away. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before entering the property.
Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Step out onto the balcony, where outdoor furniture invites you to relax while taking in views of the marina and breathing in the fresh countryside air. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. The home includes three inviting bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds and one with a single bed. All are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure you enjoy a peaceful and restful night. The bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the property is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. The location, view of the marina, and set-up of the apartment was amazing! We had some issues with slow drains in the showers but the host provided us with additional towels when we asked and promptly responded to our request. As expected Ponta Delgada can be a bit noisy as it is on a busy street but with the doors closed the apartment was quiet.

I would highly recommend staying here. It was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed Location, location, location. You cannot get a prettier view it was spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Wonderful apartment right in front of harbour : Loved the apartment. Fantastic location right at the harbour and within walking distance to grocery and shops. Apartment was amazing. Did make a suggestion to leave instructions for use of dishwasher and where garbage could be thrown away at the end of our stay. They were friendly and open to the suggestions.
