Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Lapa, is just a 9-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This three-bedroom house is perfect for guests looking for a pleasant stay.

The bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind: the first and second bedrooms each feature a cosy double bed, while the third offers a bunk bed, all dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The 2.5 bathrooms provide all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable stay.. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. We stayed in this apartment with a group of friends and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms I believe it's perfect for groups. It's within walking distance to the city center and the communication with the host was always quick and helpful. I definitely reccomend :)

The flat has been renovated, and the company takes good care of everything. The only downside I’d mention is that there was a bit of dust in the house, and the bed sheets were knotted and kept slipping, so you end up sleeping on the mattress. Also, the downstairs room is quite damp, and a cockroach came out.
We met the owners and they were very friendly.

Good value for money : Clean and enjoyable for one week stay. The only inconvenient I found was the location. No taxi can enter on the street which ia quite inclined, so I had to carry everything there without being able to go by car in front of the house.
