This avant-garde property located in Cala San Vicente boasts a unique and privileged position, just 200 meters from Cala Barques beach, with fantastic terrace views towards the sea and the always imposing Cavall Bernat cliffs in the distance.
The owners of this house have decorated it in an ultra-modern style, which contrasts with the beautiful local photographs adorning the walls, and Mediterranean light, typical of these latitudes, has been given special prominence.
The house has three floors and is fully air-conditioned.
Near the main entrance is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terraces.
Separately, there is a modern and spacious kitchen, also with access to the terrace and pool area through sliding doors.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a double fridge-freezer, and a comfortable table seating 6 people. The tastefully decorated living and dining room also has direct access to the terrace and features a television.
A laundry area completes this floor. The terrace enjoys a refreshing shaded area thanks to its two awnings.
It is furnished with sun loungers and outdoor tables and chairs for eight diners.
The ping-pong table, the swimming pool, and the cold-water jacuzzi will delight all guests.
Two practical steps facilitate entry into the pool.
The panoramic views enjoyed from here are simply fantastic.
As if that weren't enough, there is also a guest toilet on the terrace for added convenience. On the upper floor of the house, there is an outdoor terrace with equally fabulous views, in addition to two spacious and very modern bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes and doors with enormous mirrors.
One of the bedrooms is a double, while the other has two beds.
Each of them has an en-suite bathroom. Finally, there is a fourth bedroom with two beds, air conditioning, an open en-suite shower, and fitted wardrobes, which is accessed from the pool area. - Cala San Vicente - 4 Bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin) - 4 En-suite bathrooms - Air Conditioning throughout the house - WIFI - TV - Dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. - Pool: 9 x 3.5 meters – Depth: 0.80m – 1.70m (approx.). - Cold-water Jacuzzi - Distance to the beach: 200 meters (approx.). - Distance to town: 200 meters (approx.).

Bonjour, l’adresse de la villa n’est pas forcément claire car toutes les villas ont le même nom. Faut être plus précis sur le numéro sinon la villa est magnifique et très confortable !!!

Great location, good size bedrooms, living area and kitchen. A little disappointed that one pane of glass cracked and not all washing machine programmes were available.
