Die Lage mit Blick auf den See und die dazugehörige Terasse waren sehr schön und ausreichend groß, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer waren bis auf ein Schlafzimmer schön. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Die Wohnung war ausreichend und gut klimatisiert.
Der Pool war, obwohl in der Anzeige angegeben, nicht beheizt. Zwei von drei Schirmen leider defekt. Die Holzlatten waren sehr rau/splitterig und teilweise Lose. Die Wlan-Qualität lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Die Böden und Bäder waren nur knapp ausreichend geputzt. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte nur ein Fenster in die Garage und war dementsprechend dunkel.
