The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 30 m² living area with a smart TV, sofa, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - A shower room - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190) Outside: - A lovely 500 m² enclosed and private garden, facing south-east - An 8 m² covered terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Sorgeat, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Ax-les-Thermes, approximately 2 km away - Nearest airport: Toulouse, approximately 130 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic) available - Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €15 per stay.
Only one pet (dog) is permitted.

Le petit jardin et le calme.
La literie trop molle et alèse bruillante.
Super, on a pu prendre le petit dej sur la terrasse avant la journée de ski.

Petite maison agréable au jardin clôturé, idéalement située dans le village dé Sorgeat entre Ax et la station d’Ascou.
Maison agréable et bien équipée.
