Cocoonr agency offers this 301 m² former schoolhouse, partly air-conditioned with swimming pool, in Oizon, which can accommodate up to 15 people.
It comprises an attractive 76 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 76 m² living room with TV, sofas, fireplace (wood provided) and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: two single beds - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed and a single bed - Bedroom 3: two single beds - Shower room with walk-in shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 4: master suite with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower and separate WC) - Bedroom 5: a bunk bed and two single beds - Bedroom 6: two single beds - Two shower rooms - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cuttlefish washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A small hexagonal swimming pool (private, unheated) open from 1 April to 30 September. - A lovely 300 m² private, enclosed garden - A terrace level with the swimming pool, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Oizon, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are just 10 km away. Activities : - Visit the Château de la Verrerie - Walks around the château, the hamlet of Les Naudins and the circuits around Oizon - Discover the village of Oizon or Henrichemont Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (3 spaces). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Bourges, about 43 km away - Nearest airports: Tours Val de Loire and Paris Orly, about 180 km away Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - The fireplace is functional and wood is provided - Pets accepted free of charge.

All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions. - Air conditioning is available in 3 of the 4 upstairs rooms. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
