On the ground floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room with TV, a small bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs are two bedrooms – one with a double bed (two 90 cm beds joined together) and one with two single beds.
Outdoors
The house features a spacious terrace and garden that invite you to lazy summer days, barbecues, and outdoor games.
From the kitchen, a door leads out to the large terrace overlooking the valley and harbor.
The beautiful garden is perfect for both relaxation and play.
Here you’ll find outdoor furniture, parasol, and a barbecue.
On the backside, you can enjoy the shade on hot summer days.

Just 250 meters from your morning swim, you’ll stay idyllically in a well-kept fisherman’s villa with a lovely view over the harbor.
Here you live in a peaceful area yet close to everything – grocery store, restaurants, harbor, scenic walking paths, and several beautiful swimming spots.

Good to know
- A deposit of 2,000 SEK will be pre-authorized on your card upon arrival. The amount is released within one week after check-out, provided the house is left in good condition after inspection.
- Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.
- Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean the house themselves; cleaning supplies are available.
- Electricity is included in the rent. Charging of electric cars is not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Youth groups are not accepted, and parties are not permitted.
