The property consists of the main building on the ground floor and 4 annexes, totaling 9 bedrooms: the main building's ground floor with 4 bedrooms, Agrumeto annex with 1 bedroom, Tennis annex with 2 bedrooms, and Stalla annex with 2 bedrooms.

The first floor is used by the owner. The villa accommodates up to 18 guests, with an additional six to eight beds available on sofa beds and extra beds.
