This spacious cottage welcomes you to a large enclosed property bordering the river, ideal for enjoying nature in complete peace and quiet.
Sun loungers are available for your relaxation, as well as a rowboat for a leisurely paddle on the water. Cottage Layout Ground floor (entrance via two steps leading to the kitchen) Open-plan fitted kitchen, dining room, and living room 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (sleeps 2) Shower room WC First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed Bathroom with shower WC Outdoors and Amenities Furnished terrace Parking and carport Electric heating (charged according to consumption) and wood heating (€45 per stere) An ideal setting for a stay by the water, combining relaxation and exploring the region! très bons sentiments accueil très agréable , le propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse , belles balades à faire dans la région visite de la chèvrerie les enfants ont adorés .Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .
