The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. In the sleeping area, each bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), and the living room has a single sofa bed (120 cm). The terrace features a dining table, allowing you to enjoy meals with breathtaking views of the beach and the bay. Parking: The apartment includes a garage in the underground parking garage (number 59). The residence is fully enclosed with an electric gate. Amenities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, hairdryer, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, vacuum cleaner, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, crib, high chair, electric griddle, electric awning, extractor hood, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, safe, refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with a good range of appliances; you have everything you need to cook! Air conditioning and fans are available in the living room. The surroundings: The apartment is located directly opposite Lumière Beach, which is protected by breakwaters and riprap, offering a safe swimming area.
You can lay your towel on the fine sand near the lifeguard station, which provides supervision during the summer season.
La Ciotat is a town that offers numerous sporting and water activities.
Its countless churches and historical monuments make it a prime destination for your holidays with family or friends. Bed linens and bath towels: Available as an optional extra upon request (20 euros for a single bed linen set / 25 euros for a double bed linen set and 15 euros for towels, including one large and one small towel per person). Cleaning: This is included in your reservation, and a cleaning company will come after your departure. Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors. Security deposit upon key collection: A credit card imprint will be taken upon key collection.
The amount is equal to one week's rental. Optional cancellation insurance via ADAR ANNULATION Property managed by a professional.

Il n'y a pas de clim dans les chambres mais heureusement qu'il y avait les ventilateurs au plafond.
La vue était magnifique, il y a tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour.

Wow what a location, with the beach and restaurants on your doorstep! Having a parking spot was amazing because we had hired a car and street parking can be difficult. The apartment was spacious and clean.
No air-conditioning in the bedrooms made it a bit difficult to sleep in the peak of summer wit...
