Your holiday rental includes, on the ground floor:
- a spacious open-plan living room/kitchen with a wood-burning stove
- a large entrance hall with a dressing area

- a laundry room with a sink and washing machine
Upstairs, 2 suites:
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and its own bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet
- 1 second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined together, a bathtub and sink partially open to the bedroom, and a separate toilet.
Outside:
A 17 m² south-facing paved terrace surrounded by a 450 m² lawn.
An 80 m² gravel courtyard on the gable end with private parking and access to the garage at the rear of the house with internal access. Fantastic! Available for rent from Friday to Friday, this charming cottage is perfect for a family of four or two couples, as it boasts en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom! Yves and Marie Louise are preserving this family property and will gladly share their love for this lovely corner of the Côtes-d'Armor region with you.
You'll be just 1.8 km from the famous Trestel beach, the shops of Penvenan, and the GR 34 coastal path.
The Saint Guénolé Chapel adds character to this area, which is also crossed by the Vélodyssée/Vélomaritime cycle route.
Tréguier and Plougrescant are 9 km away, and Perros-Guirec and Ploumanac'h are 14 km away.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille dans ce gite tout confort, très bien aménagé et où l'accueil aura été très agréable. Proche de la jolie plage de Trestel, un extérieur très appréciable, une maison bine équipée, c'était parfait!

Maison très généreuse et confortable, très bien équipée, bien située en proximitée d‘une belle plage. La maison a été recemment renovée et on y manque absolument rien. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire qui nous a offert un panier de légumes en arrivant. Remise des clefs pas compliquée. À reconmander absolument!
