Quietly located in the hills above Sarlat, just 2 kilometers from the city center, this large 200m2 family holiday home offers an ideal setting for a rejuvenating stay in Dordogne. Fully equipped to accommodate up to **12 travelers**, you will be charmed by its vast enclosed garden, its heated private pool, and its 40m2 furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying beautiful summer evenings with the available barbecue. It is the ideal starting point for a stay with family or friends in the Périgord.
*The pool is open from **April 25 to September 26** and heated to **25 degrees** in July/August.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher) and offers everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, toaster, and a Senseo coffee machine.
The house has **5 bedrooms**: **Bedroom 1** – Ground floor: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), 1 chest of drawers, and direct access to the terrace.

**Bedroom 3** – Upstairs: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and 1 chest of drawers.

**Bedroom 5** – Upstairs: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), 2 single beds (90x190 cm), and 1 chest of drawers.
**Two bathrooms** are available: one on the ground floor, equipped with a shower and hairdryer, the other upstairs with a shower and bathtub. The accommodation also has **two separate toilets**.
For your comfort, a washing machine, travel cot, high chair, as well as an iron and ironing board are provided.
