Quiet and elegant 17 m² studio in this small village of Mont Saxonnex for beautiful fondue evenings, raclettes (app provided), mountain sports.
A small room with a bed of 120 x 190 and in the living room BZ 140 x190
It is composed of: A small room with a bed of 120 x 190 + duvet 200 x200 and 2 pillows; A living room with equipped kitchen combined microwave oven, fridge, induction hob, coffee makers (normal and Senséo), kettle, toaster, raclette machine, stove with its pan for Savoyard or Burgundy fondue, ; typical equipment: washing machine, TNT TV, BZ 140 x 190, table with 2 extensions, 2 chairs + 2 folding chairs.
Bathroom, shower and separate toilet.
House & grounds
Free private parking. Very quiet residence, respect the neighbours.
Location & surroundings
The studio is located halfway between Annecy, Geneva, Chamonix, Avoriaz, La Clusaz. Small village with restaurants, bakery, butcher, mini-market, itinerant shops (pizza, chicken and doughnuts). A car charging station is available in the centre of the village.
Mont Saxonnex mountain village at 1000 metres above sea level. From the village which is at the foot of the Bargy mountain with its lake where you can go hiking or mountain biking, cross-country skiing or ski touring.
The apartment is located close to major resorts such as: 50 km from Chamonix (45 mins), 36 km Flaine (50 mins), 30km from Les Gets (40 mins) 35 km from Le Grand Bornand (50 mins) as well as tourist towns such as Annecy 52 km (50 mins), Thonon 56 km (1h10), Geneva 38 km (45 mins).
We strongly advise you to take exit N°18 CLUSES/SCIONZIER when you come to Annecy or Geneva because the GPS shows you N°17 which is a narrow and winding road.

Endroit sympathique et calme avec vue sur les montagnes et la nature.Petit Logement propre et optimisé en termes de place mais tout y est.On est proche de nombreux départs de randonnées Il fallait juste trouver la bonne boite aux lettres pour déposer la clef !
