El apartamento está bien. Tiene dos pequeños defectos y una gran virtud. Los defectos es que al ser un antiguo local de techos altos, el piso es oscuro y húmeda y la ropa no se seca. La parte buena es que el parque de enfrente es una pasada. Quizá lo mejor, la localización en el centro de Arucas que además es muy bonito.

Muy buena ubicación para conocer Arucas,en el mismo casco antiguo de la ciudad,a unas pocas manzanas la catedral,restaurantes y una variedad de restaurantes, zona bastante tranquila por la noche,y tiene un parque muy chulo justamente enfrente del estudio,con parquecito de niños y todo.
