We have a wood-burning stove, adult and children's pools, barbecue, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bed linens and a small boat to sail on the lake.

Finally, we are close to CTG Silva Neto, a location for major events in our city!The house is spacious, comfortable, and charming, with rustic-style decor and air conditioning provided by a heater.

Now, it also features air conditioning on the ground floor – a 12,000 BTU unit installed in the living room, strategically positioned to cool both the living room and the other rooms.

To reach the sanctuary, it's possible to take a route called "Paths of Saint Paulina." This route begins in Camboriú/SC, passes through Canelinha/SC, where the property is located, and goes to Nova Trento/SC, where the sanctuary is situated.

This route is inspired by the Camino de Santiago de Compostela in Spain.

The main objective of this trip is to undertake the pilgrimage, a religious act practiced worldwide, and of course, to connect with nature, exploring many places and landscapes amidst the Atlantic Forest.
